The Embassy of Pakistan in Beijing is recruiting a Chinese-English interpreter.
Qualifications:
1.Master’s degree, desirably in interpretation/translation or English-related areas.
2.Fluency in Chinese and English, both verbally and written,and demonstrated abilities and experience in translation and interpreting. Applicants with CATTI Level II qualification are preferred.
3.Knowledge of foreign affairs and experience of working for governments or international organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Interpret at bilateral meetings
2.Receive and interpret for high-level Pakistan delegations to China
3.Translate diplomatic notes and official letters
4.Update English and Chinese website

岗位要求：
1. 硕士学历，口笔译专业或英语相关专业者优先；
2. 优秀的中英文功底（口语/书面），具备口笔译的能力和经验，持有二口证书者优先；
3. 了解外交事务，具备政府部门或国际组织的工作经验。
主要职责：
1. 为大使馆的双边会议提供口译支持；
2. 巴基斯坦高级别代表团的接待，并为其提供口译支持；
3. 外交照会及官方信函的翻译；
4. 大使馆的双语网站的维护。
