工作职责：
1、负责处理集团涉外法务工作，包括但不限于海外并购、海外合资等项目；
2、负责维护外部律所、海外客户等资源，打造良好的合作基础；，
3、负责涉外合同及其他法律文书的起草、审核和修订；
4、负责上海基地的法务工作，包括但不限于投资业务、采购业务、销售业务的法务工作；
5、完成领导交办的其他事项。
任职资格：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，法律、法学相关专业；
2、有2年及以上律所工作经验，通过司法考试，熟悉公司法务相关的专业知识，有海外工作经历或留学经历优先；
3、流利的英文听说能力，能使用英文进行办公以及沟通问题；
4、具备较强的实践能力、良好的表达能力、快速学习新法的能力。

operating duty:
1. Be responsible for handling the group's foreign-related legal affairs, including but not limited to overseas mergers and acquisitions, overseas joint ventures and other projects;
2. Be responsible for maintaining the resources of external law firms and overseas customers and creating a good foundation for cooperation;,
3. Be responsible for drafting, reviewing and revising Foreign-related Contracts and other legal documents;
4. Be responsible for the legal work of Shanghai base, including but not limited to the legal work of investment business, procurement business and sales business;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Qualifications:
1. Full time bachelor degree or above, major in law and law;
2. At least 2 years working experience in a law firm, passing the judicial examination, familiar with the professional knowledge related to the company's legal affairs, overseas working experience or studying abroad experience is preferred;
3. Fluent English listening and speaking skills, able to use English for office and communication;
4. Have strong practical ability, good expression ability and the ability to quickly learn new methods.
