工作职责：
1、负责集团会议和活动组织、主要领导行程安排、日常行政事务办理等工作；
2、负责集团接待工作的组织和安排，负责跟随并落实好集团主要领导的重要商务活动；

4、完成领导交付的工作任务。
任职资格：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，英语类、中文类、公共关系或行政管理等相关专业，有3年及以上中大型企业或事业单位行政工作经验优先；

3、具有良好的沟通协调和人际交往能力，领悟能力、洞察力强，有较强的危机及突发事件处理能力。

operating duty:

Qualifications:
1. Full time bachelor degree or above, major in English, Chinese, public relations or administration, with at least 3 years of administrative experience in medium and large enterprises or institutions is preferred;
2. Good image and temperament, fluent oral English, proficient in office software;
3. Have good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills, strong comprehension and insight, and strong ability to deal with crises and emergencies.
