岗位职责：
1、根据学校工作计划及课程标准制定教学工作计划；
2、负责学校整个教学活动的组织、调度、检查和指导；
3、负责制订教学常规、教学评估细则，指导各教研组的工作；
4、抓好各学科教改实验和教学实验；
5、督促和指导各学科实施素质教育并开展好课外活动；
6、负责组织和管理教务行政工作；
7、了解和掌握任课教师的教学情况，负责青年教师及优秀教师的培养；
8、组织教师继续教育，检查进修计划执行情况;
9、领导交待的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、海归硕士及以上学历，博士优先；
2、至少三年以上教学经验；有学校或教育机构管理工作经验者优先
3、熟练使用办公软件及办公自动化；
4、善于沟通，有主动工作意识与积极性，并具有一定的判断能力；
5、热爱教育事业，对教育行业充满献身精神；
6、具有良好的耐心，工作踏实，细致认真；
7、具有优良的职业操守，较强的敬业精神，有良好的合作意识。

Job responsibilities:
1. Formulate the teaching work plan according to the school work plan and curriculum standards;
2. Be responsible for the organization, scheduling, inspection and guidance of the whole teaching activities of the school;

Qualifications:
1. Master degree or above, doctor preferred;
2. At least three years teaching experience; Working experience in school or institution management is preferred
