岗位职责:
1、对接服务销售部签约的客户,提供专业的线上预训,并督促客户完成学习任务,确保客户对我司的线上线下产品、系统逻辑、教育理念有较好的理解;
2、负责全国各合作校的运营及管理;定期与合作校负责人或者运营对接人沟通,跟进合作校每月完成的账号销售情况,协助客户完成销售计划;
3、监督合作校每月招生活动及效果,对反馈数据进行分析并制定优化方案;
4、重点客户的巡校检查,并根据检查结果编写巡校报告,提供有针对性的支持服务;
5、规律地跟进每一位客户,在不同时间节点提供有针对性的支持性材料或方案,及时了解客户运营过程中遇到的困难并及时协助解决,并在客户服务跟进表中更新;
6、每周每月向领导汇报客户运营情况,尤其是账号消耗情况;
7、领导安排的其他任务。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历,英语专业优先;
2、熟悉教育培训分校运营管理,对分校招生有成功的实践经验;
3、相关培训行业3年以上工作经验,1年以上团队管理工作经验为佳;
4、个性开朗积极,能承受工作压力和非固定工作时间安排。

Job responsibilities:
1. Connect with the customers contracted by the service sales department, provide professional online pre training, and urge the customers to complete the learning tasks, so as to ensure that the customers have a better understanding of our online and offline products, system logic and educational philosophy;
2. Be responsible for the operation and management of cooperative schools across the country; Regularly communicate with the person in charge of the cooperative school or the operation counterpart, follow up the account sales completed by the cooperative school every month, and assist customers to complete the sales plan;
3. Supervise the monthly enrollment activities and effects of cooperative schools, analyze the feedback data and formulate optimization plans;
4. Patrol inspection of key customers, prepare patrol report according to the inspection results, and provide targeted support services;
5. Regularly follow up each customer, provide targeted supporting materials or solutions at different time nodes, timely understand the difficulties encountered in the customer's operation, assist in solving them in time, and update them in the customer service follow-up form;
6. Report customer operation, especially account consumption, to leaders every week and every month;
7. Other tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, English major is preferred;
2. Be familiar with the operation and management of education and training branch schools, and have successful practical experience in branch school enrollment;
3. More than 3 years working experience in related training industry, more than 1 year team management experience is preferred;
4. Cheerful and positive personality, able to work under pressure and irregular working time arrangement.
