客服专员（9-15万/年、英语有一定的基础）
岗位职责：
1、提供美国想象力英语教学系统的客户服务；
2、介绍产品卖点，帮助客户试用解答、回答客户疑问，促进订单成功；
3、及时给学员开设账号，并告知学员如何使用；
4、参与和支援相关销售和市场活动。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，英语有一定的基础；
2、思维清晰，具有良好的口头表达和沟通能力；能熟练使用Office办公软件及互联网；
3、较强的亲和力及人际沟通能力，具有团队精神，有较强的组织协调能力和应变能力；
4、具有一年以上教育行业相关工作经验、英语培训销售等行业工作经验者优先。

Job responsibilities:
1. Provide customer service of American imagination English teaching system;

Qualifications:
