岗位职责：
1、负责接听客户来电，接待客户面访，为客户提供有效的游学资讯和咨询服务;
2、根据客户的不同情况，以专业的知识及技能为客户做出合理的行程规划;
3、协助并指导客户准备出行前相关申请材料，耐心细致、全面地为客户讲解所需材料，确保客户申请的顺利进行;
4、跟踪申请进度，及时将签证办理进程中的相关信息与客户沟通;
5、与客户建立长期友好的关系，不断拓展客户群，实现公司销售目标;
6、寒暑假期间需担任领队带队出发至海外;
任职要求：
1、20-30周岁，英语4级及以上、有良好的英语口语交际能力和书面表达能力;
2、有海外游学销售经验或电话销售经验者、菲律宾游学经验者优先;
3、口齿清晰，普通话标准，有良好的语言表达能力;
4、熟练使用office（excel、word、PowerPoint等）办公软件;
5、热爱游学行业，工作投入，积极热情，善于开拓客户渠道，具有亲和力;

Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for answering customers' calls, receiving customers' face-to-face visits, and providing customers with effective study tour information and consulting services
2. According to the different conditions of customers, make reasonable travel planning for customers with professional knowledge and skills
3. Assist and guide customers to prepare relevant application materials before travel, and explain the required materials to customers patiently, carefully and comprehensively to ensure the smooth progress of customer application
4. Track the application progress and communicate the relevant information in the visa processing process with customers in time
5. Establish long-term friendly relationship with customers, constantly expand customer base and achieve the company's sales target
6. During winter and summer vacation, you need to be a team leader and lead the team to set out overseas
Job requirements:
1. 20-30 years old, CET-4 or above, good oral and written English communication skills
2. Overseas study tour sales experience or telemarketing experience, study tour experience in the Philippines is preferred
3. Clear speech, standard Mandarin, good language expression ability
4. Familiar with office software (Excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.)
5. Love the study tour industry, work input, positive and enthusiastic, good at developing customer channels and affinity
