【工作内容】
负责海外市场营销工作执行,包括但不限于:
当地KOL红人合作(主流媒体YouTube/Tiktok/Instagram/Facebook/Twitter,其他渠道结合当地具体情况都可以考虑),主要负责红人筛选、合作沟通、内容审核、投放排期、效果监测和回收等具体内容;
产品文案/翻译内容的整理和复核,用户访谈贴近用户心声;
定期海外市场调研、竞品分析、数据报告整合;
品牌活动头脑风暴,策划落地实施;
应用商店&社交媒体运营推广支持;
当地信息流/论坛/问答社区/线上媒体口碑营销;
部门相关资料及内容的本地化运营工作,翻译任务分发和回收;
支持市场部其余事务的执行。
【任职要求】
日语专业或具备相关语言能力证书,英语流利,每周实习5天,可提供4个月以上的实习;
熟悉国内短视频行业,经常刷b站/抖音/小红书等social media,玩转社交媒体,了解“恰饭”视频的模式;
有市场敏感度,有网感,善于捕捉热点话题,对海外媒体渠道熟悉者优先;
有较强的沟通能力,善于交涉和促成合作,脑子灵活;
有良好的团队合作能力、逻辑思维和执行能力;
对市场工作善于思考,自主学习研究,举一反三。

Be responsible for the implementation of overseas marketing, including but not limited to:
Local KOL celebrity Cooperation (mainstream media YouTube / tiktok / instagram / Facebook / twitter, other channels can be considered in combination with local specific conditions), mainly responsible for the specific contents of celebrity screening, cooperative communication, content review, release scheduling, effect monitoring and recycling;
Collation and review of product copy / translation content, and user interviews close to the voice of users;
Regular overseas market research, competitive product analysis and data report integration;
Brainstorm brand activities, plan and implement them;
Application Store & social media operation promotion support;
Local information flow / forum / Q & a community / online media word-of-mouth marketing;
Localization and operation of relevant materials and contents of the Department, distribution and recycling of translation tasks;
Support the execution of other affairs of the marketing department.

Major in Japanese or have relevant language ability certificate, fluent in English, practice 5 days a week, and can provide internship for more than 4 months;
Familiar with the domestic short video industry, often brush social media such as B station / Tiktok / xiaohongshu, play with social media, and understand the mode of "just meal" video;
Have market sensitivity and network sense, be good at capturing hot topics, and be familiar with overseas media channels is preferred;
Strong communication skills, good at negotiation and cooperation, flexible mind;
Good teamwork ability, logical thinking and execution ability;
Be good at thinking about market work, study independently and draw inferences from one instance.
