字节跳动招聘游戏本地化语言专家【英语】
职位描述：
1、游戏发行过程中，针对多语言发行需求，负责资源协调，项目管理，分析需求特性和特点，制定相匹配的本地化方案，把控项目的本地化质量和周期；
2、承接游戏发行本地化需求，包括但不限于文本翻译、校对，游戏内LQA，游戏配音，美术/功能/活动/素材本地化包装需求；
3、根据发行需求，与目标发行地区头部本地化供应商建联，进行商务沟通和合作；
4、根据研发和发行需求，必要时对游戏世界观和剧情进行包装，针对目标发行市场进行产品调优；
5、必要时负责支持研发侧，发行侧的多语言需求，包括但不限于游戏调研，玩家深访以及广告编写和投放素材优化。
职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，熟练掌握中文和英语，并可以作为工作语言；
2、对游戏有着较高的热情，乐观向上，逻辑清晰，具有较强的沟通能力和跨部门协作能力；
3、具有游戏本地化经验或游戏本地化项目管理经验者，熟悉掌握CAT工作软件者优先；
4、拥有丰富的海外本地化供应商资源者，具有海外留学经验者优先。
Job description:
1. In the process of game release, it is responsible for resource coordination, project management, analysis of demand characteristics and characteristics, formulation of matching localization schemes, and control the localization quality and cycle of the project according to the needs of multi language release;
2. Undertake localization requirements for game distribution, including but not limited to text translation, proofreading, in-game LQA, game dubbing, art / function / activity / material localization packaging requirements;
3. According to the needs of the distribution, establish an association with the head localization suppliers in the target distribution area for business communication and cooperation;
4. According to the R & D and distribution needs, package the game worldview and plot when necessary, and optimize the products for the target distribution market;
5. Be responsible for supporting the multilingual needs of the R & D side and the distribution side when necessary, including but not limited to game research, player in-depth visits, and advertising writing and delivery material optimization.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, proficient in Chinese and English, and can be used as working language;
2. Have a high enthusiasm for the game, optimistic, logical and clear, and have strong communication skills and cross departmental cooperation ability;
3. Experience in game localization or game localization project management, familiar with cat working software is preferred;
4. Those who have rich resources of overseas localization suppliers, and those who have overseas study experience are preferred.
