在整个生命周期中管理复杂的翻译项目流程。分配和管理语言学家、语言专家和桌面出版商的工作。
基本功能：
实施复杂的项目需求，并提出最佳的客户项目解决方案。
计划、安排和执行复杂项目的风险管理。
跟踪项目进度，确保质量、交付和成本保持在商定范围内。
管理与客户在复杂项目事务上的日常关系；包括状态报告/会议和项目解决方案。
促进与项目团队的有效沟通。
确保完成所有项目驱动的管理和财务流程。
收集指定客户端的KPI数据。
推动项目管理流程的创新。
工作资格：
教育和经验：
学士学位或同等学历以及相关的正式学术/职业资格先前的经验，提供执行工作的知识、技能和能力（相当于5年以上）。
知识、技能和能力：
5年以上成熟的项目管理经验，本地化生命科学行业优先；
需要CAT/TMS工具经验：
经验证的多任务、时间管理、组织和关注细节的技能；
优秀的口头、书面和人际沟通能力；
资源丰富且面向解决方案；
熟练使用MS Office套件；

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manages complex translation project process flows throughout its complete life cycle. Assigns and manages the work of linguists, language specialists, and desktop publishers.
Essential Functions
Implements complex project requirements, and proposing best customer project solutions.
Plans, schedules, and performs risk management of complex projects.
Tracks project progress to ensure quality, deliveries, and cost remain within the agreed scope.
Manages day to day relationship with client on complex project matters; including status reports/meetings and project solutions.
Facilitates effective communication with project team.
Ensures completion of all project-driven administration and financial processes.
Collects KPI data for assigned clients.
Drives innovation to project the project management process.
Job Qualification
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
5+ years proven project management experience, preferred in localization life sciences industry
CAT/TMS tool experience required
Proven skills of multi-tasking, time management, organization, and attention to detail
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Resourceful and solution oriented
Proficiency in MS Office suite
