【岗位职责】
•通过提供专业的客户实践,与新加坡各地的业务合作伙伴和现有客户(学校、大学和其他学术机构)建立牢固的关系;
•成为一名自学者,希望对ClassIn的产品知识有较高的理解;
•与新客户建立并培养业务关系;
•确保顺利完成他们的入职流程;
•以最有趣、最吸引人的方式为我们的用户提供培训;
•确保他们完全了解ClassIn的功能;
•及时收集和处理用户反馈;
•通过与客户持续沟通进行定期检查,确保客户长期满意;
•负责向东南亚总监汇报。
【岗位资格】
•能够在快速的压力环境中适应、反应和交付;
•能够使用英语作为工作语言;
•有相关客户服务经验者优先,有软件/互联网行业经验者优先;
•擅长MS Office
Roles and Responsibility:
•Secure strong relationships with our business partners and existing clients (schools, universities and other academic institutions) all over Singapore by providing professional customer practice;
•Be a self-learner that expected to obtain a high-level understanding of ClassIn’s product knowledge;
•Establish and nurturing business relationships with new clients;
•Make sure to smoothen their onboarding process;
•Give training to our users in the most interesting and engaging way possible;
•Ensure they have a complete understanding of ClassIn’s features;
•Gather and handle feedbacks from users in a timely manner;
•Conduct regular check-ups by consistently communicate with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction;
•Responsible to report to Director of South East Asia.
Minimum Qualifications:
•Be able to adapt, react and deliver in a fast pace environment with pressure;
•Be able to use English as a working language;
•Relevant customer service experience preferred, software/internet industry experience preferred;
•Good at MS-Office
