责任：

要求：

Responsibilities:

1. Process execution throughout the whole project life-cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, control and closing
2. Monitoring of overall workflow timelines including service delivery (translation, revision, DTP, etc.)
3. Managing the financial aspects of the projects, including revenue, gross margin and invoicing
4. Maintaining client relationships as first point of contact at operational level
5. Representing the organisation to our customers
6. Guaranteeing customer satisfaction
Requirements:
1. 4-5 years experience in service/project management within localisation
2. Language skills: excellent knowledge of English and German required, other languages are a plus
3. Great organisational skills
4. Experience managing multiple multilingual projects simultaneously working on very tight deadlines
5. Used to working under pressure
6. Ability to deal with difficult situations, conflicts and complaints
7. Great communication skills (email, phone, presentations)
8. Familiar with CAT tools (e.g. SDL TRADOS STUDIO)
9. Good knowledge of commonly used computer desktop applications and services (e.g. MS Office, production applications, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
